I called the counterparty this morning at the California location
(415-927-1700) and spoke to Stephanie Ludwick; she confirmed that Pacific Forest Resources does indeed have Inc. at the end of the name. I also asked if the same was true for the Connecticut location (since that is the location reflected in GCP) and she again said yes, that there is an Inc. at the end of the name for that location too. I personally verified it with the counterparty, and changed the record in GCP. Lexis-Nexis shows that it was incorporated in California in 1984 as Pacific Forest Resources, Inc.
