On May 23, 2000, Paribas merged with and into Banque Nationale De Paris, the
surving entity which changed its name to BNP Paribas. As a result of the merger, BNP Paribas assumes all of the rights and obliagtions of Paribas (and becomes our Counterparty) under the ISDA Master Agreement, dated June 28, 1995 between ENA and Paribas.
