As per Tana, it is not necessary to respond at all for "Declined." However, you do need to respond in any other circumstance, including where credit has "X"'d the counterparty. For the others - I had to scroll right to look for Credit's "X" in the product list. Do you want me to mention those where Credit has put an X?
