Your review and approval of the following product type in the EOL Datamanager
is needed (for directions on approval , please see steps for approval at the
bottom of this e-mail).

US Gas Phy Index

US Gas Phy Index Fwd Firm non-TX <1Mo<1Yr (RESTRICTED)

US Gas Phy Index IF EPSJ Blanco Avg Oct00-Dec00 USD/MM

A US Gas Transaction with Enron North America Corp., under which Seller shall
sell and Buyer shall purchase a quantity of natural gas equal to the Daily
Contract Quantity at the Contract Price on a firm basis. The volumes
scheduled to be delivered are subject to reductions due to normal operational
constraints on the El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline. The reductions caused by
these constraints are excused nonperformance and are not considered a failure
to receive or deliver firm gas. The Contract Price shall be derived from the
Index, as adjusted by the price submitted by Counterparty via the website.
The Period of Delivery shall be from the Effective Date through the
Termination Date.
The term of the Transaction shall be from the Effective Date of 01 Oct 2000
to the Termination Date of 31 Oct 2000.
The transaction is for delivery at El Paso San Juan Blanco non-Bondad.
The Index for a month shall be the El Paso Natural Gas Co. - San Juan Basin
price as listed in the section entitled "Prices of Spot Gas Delivered to
Pipelines", published in the first issue in such month of Inside Ferc's Gas
Market Report.
The price is quoted in US Dollars per unit of volume, which will be the
Contractual Currency.
The unit of measure against which the price is quoted shall be millions of
British thermal units and the quantity shown shall be in millions of BTUs per
day.

PROCEED WITH EOL LOGIN/PASSWORD
click on the "+" for EnronOnLine
click on the "+" for Product Types
click on the "+" for "Awaiting Approval" (OR "Partially Approved")
select the product requiring review as stated in e-mail above
Right "mouse" click on "properties" to view product set-up
TO APPROVE: Right mouse click on "Approved"
