We have received an executed Assignment and Assumption Agreement, dated as of August 10, 2001 by and among Constellation Energy Sources, Inc. ("CES"), Constellation Power Source, Inc. ("CPS") and Enron North America Corp. ("ENA"). This Assignment and Assumption Agreement will assign trades from CES to CPS and all trades shall be governed under the ISDA Master Agreement between CPS and ENA.
