Notice No. 01-13 February 21,2001 COMMODITY EXCHANGE, INC. SWITCHES OF GUARANTEE Please be advised that effective at the close of business, February 21, 2001, James Murray (BUCK-6352) will no longer be guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. However, Mr. Murray will remain a member guaranteed by MBF Clearing Corp. Furthermore, be advised that effective at the close of business, February 21, 2001, Raffaele Ruggiero (RANT-6196) will no longer be guaranteed by Sterling Commodities Corp. However, Mr. Ruggiero will remain a member guaranteed by FC Stone LLC.
