Pioneer Energy Marketing Company, Inc. - restricted by credit
Woodward Marketing, L.L.C. -- restricted by credit
UGI Utilities, Inc. -- not a current trading partner and not a
FERC-authorized marketer

to trade power, but not pursuant to their existing masters -- must receive
override letters.
