another addition to list

Please add TXU Energy Trading Company to list. We had an old style "ERMS"
master in place, so they weren't allowed to do power, but now we have an ISDA
in place (even tho' Brant Reves threw out the new guaranty, but that is
another story!), so I am going to open them up for weather.
