< November 13, 2001 - Updates were made to the following PJM Manuals:
< PJM Manual for Capacity Obligations (M-17).
< Changed title from PJM Manual for Accounted-For Obligation to PJM Manual
< for Capacity Obligations.
< Added references to PJM West RAA.
< Added sections on Daily Available Capacity Obligation (DACO).
< PJM Manual for Load Data Systems (M-19).
< This revision incorporates changes resulting from the addition of PJM
< West into the Interconnection. Section 4 was revised to add a description of
< the peak normalization process for PJM West. Sections 6 (Qualified
< Interruptible Load) and 7 (Forecast Period Peak Load) were added.
< PJM Manual for PJM eGADS (M-23).
< The PJM Manual for PJM eGADS (M-23) has been issued. This manual
< describes the PJM eGADS system, which is a Web-based application that takes
< full advantage of the Internet as a vehicle of inter-company communication for
< the purpose of reporting design, performance and event data for all Installed
< Capacity Resources that participate in the PJM market.

< The PJM Manuals are available in electronic book format and Adobe Acrobat
< format at http://pubs.pjm.com.
