Hi Everyone:
With the current economy the way it is and due to the need to watch our budgets, it has become necessary for me to email you that we are wasting food and money on the staff lunches. It has become even more important than ever before that you notify me when you will not be attending. It is important for me to turn in accurate numbers to the caterer on Tuesday afternoon. If you know you will be traveling, have a conflicting meeting scheduled or you are going to be on vacation, please notify me that you will not be attending the Thursday staff meeting. Due to so many of you being on other floors, it is difficult for me to know your schedules. I don't want to have to go back to box lunches, but it may be necessary if I cannot submit accurate numbers to the caterer. When Vince consented to let us have more hot meals and use different caterers, it was on the condition that we watch the costs. Please help me keep these expenses in check.
