This draft has been prepared by the Alliance of Energy Suppliers (AES) as part of its continuing effort to take a leadership role in this process and ensure an outcome that will be beneficial for the interests of AES member companies and the generator community as a whole. It will be referenced on today's conference call. This draft is the working draft the coalition is working from this week.
