I was really disappointed when I did not hear from Lee Ferrell after he
interviewed me back in May. Since you were so nice and very helpful, I am
wondering if you could assist me once again in landing a job at ENRON.

I ended up accepting an offer from Chase and started working right after the
graduation. Unfortunately, the job does not provide much challenge to me any
longer. Also, I am really missing the energy field, the team environment and
all that. Most importantly, I would like to apply the knowledge I acquired
at Rice and continue learning new skills. Banking turned out to be not quite
what I expected.

Anyhow, I went to the Enron job site again and found an interesting
position. Would you be able to help me out one more time to get in contact

Job Description Essential Functions
This is a role within Enron's Risk Assessment & Control organization. If

The responsibilities of this position include:
- Financial analysis of counterparties through the use of:
- Financial statements
- Bank & Trade References
- Ratings agencies data (S&P, Moody's, D&B, etc.,)
- Proprietary modeling programs
- Recommending and reviewing customer credit lines for both new and existing
counterparties and then monitoring exposures vs. those credit lines
- Mitigating credit risk when necessary through the use of:
- Letters of credit
- Corporate guarantees
- Negotiation of master physical and swap documents
- Maintaining accurate documentation and schedules supporting the commercial
businesses
- Coordinating efforts through the role's contact with internal and external
groups, including:
- Counterparties
- Trading

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate would have a degree in either Finance or
Accounting and some work experience (2+years.) An individual possessing
credit or banking in their background would be a significant plus.

in the quantitative and qualitative components of financial information to
ascertain the financial health and viability of Enron's counterparties.
