Internal VAR/Credit Candidate: Amit Bartarya

Hi Vince,

Here is one internal candidate for the VaR/Credit Risk role. I have had
plenty of contact with him over the past year or so and he is very hard
working, intelligent and dedicated and has expressed interest in joining
Research on a few occassions.
