NOTICE OF END OF PROBATIONARY PERIOD

I am writing to inform you that the six month probationary period for Matthew
Williams is due to end on the on the 21st August 2000.

If you are happy to pass their probationary period please reply confirming
this giving any feedback you deem necessary.
