(GSBF) today announced that it had initiated a
comprehensive marketing and distribution plan for its
product "OptimumPay" a pre-paid cash storage card.

OptimumPay functions in any electronic payment environment.
It can act as a credit or debit card and it also can work
with the ATM banking network. In addition, the OptimumPay
card can be customized to fit customers' special needs.
