RE: reactivate books

Phillip - sorry for such a late response but I have been on vacation. I looked up the books mentioned below and the INTRA-CENTRAL-PHY book is active. I do not see the INTRA-EAST-PHY book in risktrac. Please let me know if I need to create additional books.
