I don't have any significant comments, but I picked up a couple of minor
typos. From a structure standpoint, I think Enron doing the construction (and taking price risk) may be a structuring challenge, but I understand that's a bridge to cross later. Kay PS I hope Mark isn't reading this today! Great wedding.
