I spoke with my friend in Memphis on other matters and asked him MS law
firms. The name he suggested was Watkins, Ludlum, Winters & Stennis. It's
about 70 lawyers and is one of the oldest Jackson based firms. Let me know
if you're still shopping for counsel there.
