Ben,
I would like to confirm our conversation of this morning. The requirments are
as follows:
two (2) 138 KV units City of Austin shown on data sheet dated April 6 2000
HU-Enron - 2C
two (2) 138 KV units Las Vegas shown on dats sheet dated May 17 2000 HU -
Enron
2D
six (6) 115/230 flexible units as shown on data sheet dated May 17 2000 HU
-Enron -1C
The factrory ex-work dates are as agreed in the option extension agreement
dated
19 June 2000.

Please let us know via return e-mail that our understanding is correct. We
are
presently changing the units 03 and 04 (same as City of Austin) that had been
previously released to agree with the requirments above.
I will be out of town for the rest of the week, however, I will have my
computer
and my cell phone with me. If you need me please contact me via e-mail or
cell
phone.
