Ken Raber from Electrocities will cooperate. $25 filing fee Plot plan and meets and bounds are necessary deliverables to the county, however can lag behind application Should do entire site (i.e. finalize additional land requirements via Hessler noise study due this week) County building permit (visit with Stuart Bass this week to finalize submittal requirements) County planning commission meets October 16 and board of county commissioners meets November 6. Stuart Bass feels that meeting schedules could be accelerated to accommodate faster rezoning process. Submit erosion and sedimentation control plan to the state and copy to the county Confirm in writing with county list of non-intrusive construction activities that may be initiated in the interim City of Rocky Mount Finalize land needs and Bill Sherk will move forward to secure option Rocky Mount annexation should be initiated before improvements. This will help Rocky Mount with regard to local volunteer fire department district "payment-in-kind" issue. Finalize water and wastewater needs and commercial operation date with city (Paul Blount) to coordinate water supply availability Get water analyses from Betz and subsequent EE&CC help characterizing expected discharge water quality and flow rate from facility. Get water/wastewater rate sheet from Paul Blount Coordinate/file encroachment filing for wastewater line construction in NC DOT's right-of-way. City will file concurrently for construction of water line. Investigate the Tarpamlico (sp?) Ripirian Buffer Regulations Talk with Bill to understand how Gateway Partnerhip works--funding source, authority, etc. North Carolina DOT Get with Bobby Lewis regarding driveways, curb-cuts, etc. File for wastewater line encroachment in NC DOT right-of-way Gateway Partnership (business development entity) Make friends with Oppie Jorday Begin to negotiate the tax deal after understanding extent of Gateway authority, money, and operations Appian Consulting Engineering (Bobby Joiner) Get a professional services agreement started Get rate sheet and T&M numbers from Appian Give notice to proceed with creation of the erosion and sedimentation control plan Give notice to proceed with regard to creation of local/county/state watch list.
