Columbia Gulf Transmission is auctioning the following firm capacity available
March 1, 2002:

Mainline capacity at 30,000 dth/d from Rayne, Louisiana to Leach, Kentucky at
CGT's maximum FTS-1 transportation rate.

Onshore capacity at 47,395 dth/d from Venice to Rayne, Louisiana at CGT's
maximum onshore FTS-2 transportation rate.

Offshore capacity at 20,000 dth/d from South Pass to Egan, Louisiana at CGT's
maximum offshore FTS-2 transportation rate.

Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) February 26, 2002.

Details of these capacity auctions may be found in the Columbia NAVIGATOR
system, under the capacity release folder, offer numbers 35223, 35209, and
35218 respectively.
