Crosstimbers

I am aware we have several pending items outstanding with Crosstimbers. I am
awaiting instructions from Charlie Otto, as he is negotiating/discussing the
deals with Crosstimbers. I just wanted to give you an update and let you
know I have not forgottem about them.
