Name Change Report

You may recall that once we migrated to Outlook, the name change notification report was too large to send as an attachment. As a temporary solution, the report was moved into a shared file on the O drive. Now, and until technology dictates otherwise, you can access the report by clicking on the link below. Please add it to your "FAVORITES". In order to view the report, please click "FETCH". The report is large and it will take a little while for it to open.

As an added feature, please note that a column has been added to the report for "SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS". Just click in the cell to view the document.

Short name changes will be coordinated with ERMS IT on Friday, July 13.

Records will be inactivated on 08/01.
