Subject: Affiliate & Prepay Instructions

Affiliate Book:

Double click on copy post id icon.
Name and password are the same: affiliate.
Copy prior day's post id's only. No new day.
Copy these post id's down.

Open Affiliate File:

Put in first post id on top page tab.
On Input tab, run 3 macros: today, clear daily & top page.

All check figures should be zero. Print a copy of report page and give to Thomas.
Save a back-up copy.

Officialize post id's for rolls 1,3,2,7,8,9,10.
Only roll one should have any value.

Prepay Book:

Open post id file. o/erms/erms_adm/prepays/Dec01/PPPID.xls
Open Meta-Calc (password is the same kloibl_pc)
Input prior days meta id.
Copy.
Calculate.
Hit Refresh button to see status of calc.
When Status says done, click on official box in upper left hand corner.
Save.
Make sure you write down today's meta-id and post id in post id file.
Close.

Open prepay file:
o/erms/erms_adm/prepays/Dec01/1201_pp.
Put first post id on top page tab.
On input tab, run copy daily macro.
This macro takes about 5 minutes.
When finished, the Input page check figures should all be zero.
Save.
If you want, print a copy of report page and put in file in left hand filing drawer marked prepays. No big deal if you don't.
Save a back-up copy.

You do not need to give Thomas anything.
