- Transaction Agreement (amended) covering Trailblazer
- Transaction Agreement (amended) covering CIG
- Assignment - Trailblazer
- Assignment - CIG

Let me know if you have not received any of the above. Once executed
by Enron, please return one original of each to my attention.
