ENAP Letter

Here it is. Are we sure of the legal entity names? If so, lets get the SA
office to sign indicating their agreement with the proposed Letter Agreement
and fax the signiture page back to me at 713-646-8416. I have included the
coordinates on Exhibit 'A' and the map that Glen electronically provided to
me.
