Dynamic, very highly regarded attorney also speaks mandarin Chinese. Wants in-house or legal/business position in Southern California only. 4. Attorney who graduated first in his law class is practicing corporate restructuring and reorganization at one of New York's premier law firms. Four years experience in all aspects of distressed debt transactions, including asset sales, plans of reorganization, asset-based financings, cross-border insolvency issues and strategic distressed acquisitions. Seeking in-house or investment banking position. 5. Duke Law School graduate (cum laude) with substantial coursework in business school has two years experience as senior analyst at a top consulting firm, and is currently practicing law at a very prominent law firm where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions. This very personable, hard-working attorney is seeking a position at a well-run company that will allow him to utilize his impressive skill set in a dynamic and challenging environment. Will relocate to the Northeast or the West Coast. 6. Dartmouth College graduate holds JD and MBA from top schools. This dynamic, articulate attorney has two years experience at both a premier accounting firm and a highly respected law firm doing corporate finance, m & a, structuring complex transactions and tax planning. He has also served as General Counsel and corporate secretary at an investor relations company. He has the skills, personality and energy to be a major asset to an entrepreneurial company that seeks a general counsel, or a more established company that seeks a mid to high-level counsel. 7. This Columbia Law graduate (Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar) has over six years of experience in corporate law, primarily involving venture capital financing, mergers & acquisitions and initial and follow-on public offerings. Currently on West Coast, willing to relocate for an in-house position that utilizes his/her broad corporate experience and a very professional and polished demeanor. 8. University of Pennsylvania Law School graduate has three years of superb experience as a corporate associate at a pre-eminent law firm responsible for corporate and securities matters for many major financial institutions and investment banks. Also has corporate (m & a) and securities experience working at a Fortune 200 technology company. This candidate is looking to relocate to the East Coast. Have foreign language skills. 9. Georgetown Law Center graduate has six years awesome experience in the technology practice group of a major law firm. Has simultaneously served as business development consultant to an Internet start-up company. Wants in-house legal or business position in a technology/telecommunications company. 10. Yale University (magna cum laude), Harvard Law School (cum laude) candidate with three years transactional experience at premier law firm before leaving to become general counsel at a new media company. Has broad corporate, real estate and technology experience. Exceedingly smart, conscientious, and energetic. This candidate will be an enormous asset to any company that hires him.
