Subject: Precedent Agreement for Kern River Open Season

Kern River has received inquiries regarding how capacity may be allocated at
the Wheeler Ridge delivery point if the total aggregate quantity requested
exceeds the amount of primary firm delivery point capacity available.?
Therefore, Kern River has revised the Precedent Agreement to address the
options available to shippers in the event primary firm delivery point
capacity at Wheeler Ridge is allocated (reference Section 1.4).? Also,
Section 1.8(b) has been revised to provide a point of clarification.? Please
use this document when submitting your requests for transportation service.?
