Ran this by Mike Grigsby. His last recollection is that we never agreed to
include the San Juan basin for the purpose of this valuation. Can you please advise.? If San Juan is included, non-bondad is the correct reference. The adjustment for the potential reallocation is okay. I am at x31688. thanks Stephanie Gerald Nemec@ECT 04/19/2001 01:54 PM To: Stephanie Miller/Corp/Enron@ENRON cc: Subject: LETTER OF UNDERSTANDINDG ----- Forwarded by Gerald Nemec/HOU/ECT on 04/19/2001 01:54 PM ----- "Meier, Peter" <peter.meier@neg.pge.com< 04/19/2001 12:50 PM To: "'gerald.nemec@enron.com'" <gerald.nemec@enron.com<, "'steve.van.hooser@enron.com'" <steve.van.hooser@enron.com<, "'lisa.mellencamp@enron.com'" <lisa.mellencamp@enron.com< cc: "Barron, Bob" <bob.barron@neg.pge.com< Subject: LETTER OF UNDERSTANDINDG <<PGESpreadvaluationdefinition 4-19.doc<< I went ahead and made the conforming changes I thought needed to be made to the Spread Calculation and have one question identified.
