The moves will take place during the day of your move beginning at 8:00 a.m. You may not be moved exactly at 8:00 a.m., however, the moves will begin at 8:00 a.m. GROUP MOVE DATE Power January 25th (need to be packed before leaving TODAY) Asset Marketing January 25th (need to be packed before leaving TODAY) QF/Structured Deals January 29th (need to be packed by end of work day January 28th) Development/Tech. Services January 29th (need to be packed by end of work day January 28th) Gas Group January 30th (need to be packed by end of work day January 29th) each move will occur during the day - beginning at 8:00AM on your scheduled date preprinted labels will be delivered the day before the move (Dolores Sustaita x37977) each desktop computer will be relocated with the employee label all boxes and equipment (CPU and peripherals) do not label phones and plasma screens as they will not be moved additional boxes will be delivered to 4th floor (Janelle Duree x57917) telephony issues should be addressed to Tony Alvarado x37801 boxes are located on the 3rd/4th floors ALL supplies will be located at ECS 04794 - please label all boxes with supplies to be moved to this location Please forward this message the your group.
