Attached is a revised list of "Special Provisions" to include HPL's
Intrastate Warranty.
In addition, please correct the following for HPL to read:

Federal Tax ID. 76-0157152, Section. 2.5 Enron North Amercia Corp. as
Confirming Party, and Section 3.2 Spot Price Standard.
