We have some serious issues. Downgrade, collateral called, liquidity crisis, issue more equity. I can see $12 pretty easy.

I think both Lay and Fastow are gone.

yeah, don't know if they will really want an ene rep on the panel. i really expected a fastow resignation - maybe tomorrow. looks to me like a merger is on the order.
