RE: Transaction Update

This changes a long standing rule of being able to pick up those dropped on
Friday on a first come first serve basis - by doing this you will eliminate
better teams from ever picking up players - since on Monday it goes back to
reverse order etc. Deluke do you concur. Why can't a message be posted on
Friday morning of all players dropped?
