Dear Medicine Bow Shipper:

Today we received authorization to place the 8th segment of the Medicine Bow
Loop into service. This segment extends from block valve/gate 5 to block
valve/gate 4, providing a total firm capacity of 572 Mdth/day. The contract
effective date for this additional capacity will be on Monday, November 12.
