NYMEX: Crude to open lower on bearish stock builds
March crude oil is called to open 5 cts lower at $20.02/bbl. March unleaded
gasoline is called to open 8 pts higher at 58.60 cts/gal and March heating oil
is called to open 4 pts lower at 53.65 cts/gal.

IPE Brent Focus: IPE Brent crude unfazed by bullish API statistics
By 1113 GMT front-month March had nudged 6 cts higher to trade at $19.62/bbl, 2
cts shy of the day's low, while April stood at $19.91/bbl, 8 cts higher.
February IPE gasoil futures traded at $166.25/mt, up $1.50/mt on the day.

Low oil prices to shrink Saudi Arabia GDP in 2002: bank
Saudi Arabia's oil-based economy is expected to contract by 2% in 2002 as a
result of lower oil prices but this decline in real GDP is expected to be offset
by continued strong growth in the non-oil sector, the Saudi-American Bank said
