On Friday, we'll have a <b<preview of Monday's testimony</b< and the <b<latest on the investigation</b< itself from the Washington bureau. We'll also take a look at the impact the Enron situation is having on efforts in Congress to repeal or amend the <b<Public Utility Holding Company Act</b<. <p<We'll also have the <b<latest on emissions policy in Congress</b< on Friday. With the White House still waiting to release its own ideas on possible changes in U.S. emissions rules, some in Congress are trying to move their own legislation. <b<President of Energy and Environmental Analysis Joel Bluestein</b< will talk about where he thinks the debate stands right now. Bluestein will join us during the 2:00 p.m. ET newscast tomorrow. <p<<b<South Texas College of Law Professor Bruce McGovern</b< will talk about <b<shareholder lawsuits against Williams</b< from the Houston bureau on Friday. McGovern will also explain <b<how these lawsuits compare to the lawsuits against Enron</b<. <p<The Houston bureau will continue coverage of a <b<threatened strike by oil workers</b<. The <b<workers' union says it will strike at midnight tonight if contract talks don't progress</b<. We'll be following this story that's <b<affecting thousands of workers involved in Texas</b<. <p<More earnings from the Houston bureau on Friday - <b<Varco International CFO Joe Winkler</b< is stopping by the bureau to talk about his <b<company's earnings report</b< during the 3:00 p.m. ET newscast. <p<Friday from the West Coast bureau, ENL's Kym McNicholas talks to <b<Tuscarora Transmission Company Director of Marketing Greg Galbraith</b< about the company's plans to <b<expand its gas pipeline system to northern Nevada</b<, just granted by the FERC this week.
