Panelists at the conference include FERC= Commissioner Nora Mead Brownell, energy attorney and former FERC Commissio= ner Don Santa and Curt Launer of Credit Suisse First Boston among others. = The Washington bureau will have updates from the conferences Wednesday morn= ing.
