t over energy legislation. Washington Bureau Chief Peter Cook says Republi=
cans and Democrats are blaming each other for the lack of a comprehensive e=
nergy bill in the Senate. Senator James Inhofe (R)-Oklahoma, will join us=
during the 3:00 p.m. ET newscast to give his take on where things stand. =
Wednesday is day three of the FERC's Regional Transmission Organization =
Workshop. We'll hear more from the participants tomorrow. RTO development=
