At 1345 the CAISO issued a 90 minute probability notice for rotating outages. The CAISO estimates outages could begin at about 1500 and last until 1700. Based on the CAISO forecast, the following rotating outage blocks could be affected:Sub Blocks 1A thru 1F and sub blocks 1K thru 1P. Due to the dynamic nature of the electric utility system, this forecast is subject to change.
