THE ATMOSPHERE OVER THE WARNING AREA WILL BECOME MORE UNSTABLE TODAY WITH THE MID LEVEL DRYING. THIS SITUATION WILL HELP TO PRODUCE SCATTERED DRY THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING IN THE WARNING AREA. MOISTURE IN THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE ATMOSPHERE WILL REMAIN LOW...AND THERE WILL BE A THREAT OF DRY LIGHTNING.
