EARLY EVENING...

STRONG WINDS ARE CONTINUING THROUGH THE DELTA THIS AFTERNOON. WIND
SPEEDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL STRONGER GUSTS WILL PERSIST
THROUGH EARLY EVENING. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE DURING THE
EVENING INTO THE 15 TO 25 MPH RANGE.
