Subject: ETC - 2001 Membership Dues

2001 MEMBERSHIP DUES ARE BEING COLLECTED.

Membership dues are for the calendar year 2001. Dues are $15 annually for
regular employees and for temporary employees/contractors there is an
additional charge annual charge of $25 to cover Enron Body Shop subsidy.
All payments must be paid by check or money order payable to Enron Corp.

Please submit your 2001 membership dues to Donna Teal, EB1268, along with the
attached membership application/waiver. Note, if you have join the club in
November or December of 2000, it will cover your membership for 2001.

F.Y.I. the Enron Sports and Recreation Advisory Board is working on a
standardized membership form and waiver. As soon as it is released, the new
waiver form will be sent out to all new and renewing members for 2001 which
must be signed and returned.
