Subject: TI hearing date and briefing schedule

I have agreed with opposing counsel that the temporary injunction
hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. on April 18, 2000 in Chicago. We have
tentatively agreed on the following briefing schedule:

We will file our opposition brief by April 7, 2000.

Plaintiff's will file any reply brief by April 13, 2000.
