Today Judge Collins granted the Debtor's motion to permit the Debtor to
draw upon the settlement accounts. The Court basically adopted all of Debtor's arguments in its tentative ruling. A copy of the Judge's tentative ruling (which she said will be signed as an order of the Court) will follow via email shortly.
