Well my plan lasted about 30 minutes.

I had missed that Clifton unit 32 has been mothballed. It is in a preserve=
d state, requiring an estimated 12 hours to place it back in service.

Not running Clifton unit 32 would probably lower the B line throughput by a=
bout 70 MM/D. Some of that 70 MM/D could be made up on the C and D in the =
configuration below. My suggestion is for Gas Control to make a decision W=
ednesday morning if the unit will be needed for the Thursday cold weather.

Please let me know of any better ideas.

Subject:=09Beaver to Bushton configuration without the Bushton turbine

Below is a system configuration I was asked to put together to flow 1600 MM=
/D through Clifton without the Bushton turbine.

A system weighted temperature of 29 F is forecasted for Thursday (vs 49 F n=
ormal) and the Bushton turbine is not scheduled to be back in-service until=
11/01/01. A 29 F temperature is not so cold per say, but north sources su=
ch as Trailblazer (240 MM/D), Carlton (50 MM/D) and Redfield (on injection)=
are still in the summer mode. This could result in a high rate through Cl=
ifton.

CONFIGURATION

=09=09=09Clifton flow
A line=09 60
B line=09 210
C line=09 275
D line=09 475
E line=09 580

Total=091600

A Line - Bushton processing return free flowing to the A line with the two =
Palmyra A suction to B suction turbines compressing and the Palmyra A block=
valve open.

B Line - Bushton compressing one unit processing plant recompress to B and =
cracking some to B. Clifton 32 B to B and two Beatrice B to B units, with =
75 - 100 Trailblazer flowing to the B discharge. Palmyra compressing three=
units B to B or common B-C-D suction to D.

C Line - Bushton compressing two units recompress to C. Pony Express flowi=
ng into the C line. Clifton and Beatrice three units C to C. Palmyra C-D =
or B-C-D suction to D.

Bypass stream - Beaver compressing C-D suction and KB to D-E discharging 92=
5 PSIG or higher. Mullinville bypassed. Cunningham flowing to an 800 PSIG=
Macksville E suction with Macksville turbines 2-3-4 discharging 950 PSIG o=
r higher. Bushton controlling the D line pressure at Valve 4 to stay under=
860 PSIG MAOP.

D Line - Bushton bypassed on D. Clifton unit 30 D to D. Beatrice units 2=
3 - 25 D to D with about 150 MM/D of Trailblazer flowing into the D suction=
. Palmyra B-C-D or C-D suction to D.

E Line - Bushton bypassed on E. Tescott unit 5, Clifton unit 31 and Beatri=
ce unit 27 E to E. Palmyra regulating E to B-C.

THIS MEANS?

Be sure that the required units are ready to run. If not, let me and Gas C=
ontrol know ASAP. There are alternatives to the above depending on actual =
conditions. On 10/17/01, Clifton averaged 1418 MM/d with Tescott D to D an=
d Clifton D-E to E.

If anyone has thoughts or comments, please let me know.
