Cunningham (Power Outage)

FYI,

The Cunningham Electrical Substation outage will be on Wednesday (3/20). We moved it up a day, so can maintain max withdrawals on Thursday (3/21) when the temps look to be the coldest. The power company is going to start at 8:00 am, and should be complete about 12 noon.
