We are making progress in completing a transaction for the sale of Houston
Pipe Line and are finalizing our goals and objectives for 2001. I would
like to invite you to a brief meeting starting at 4:30 on Wednesday the 20th
in conference room 5C2 to discuss our activities over the next several months
if the sale is finalized. Attendance is optional.
