There are two ways to receive your newsletter: 1. in the body of your email or 2.
in the form of an attachment. If you receive your newsletter as an attachment,
please see the directions below:

AOL users:
1. Download the attached message by clicking the "Download" button in the lower
right corner of your email screen. When downloading the message, you will need
to remember where you download the message to in order to retrieve it later. An easy
place to download to is your desktop.
2. Open the folder where you downloaded the message and double click the downloaded
file or minimize AOL and click on the downloaded file on your desktop.
3. The file should open and you will now have what appears to be a web page.

Other Users:
1. Download the attached message by clicking on the attachment icon in the upper right
corner of the email message. You will need to remember where you download the message
to in order to retrieve it later. An easy place to download to is your desktop.

or minimize your email application (ex. Lotus Notes) and click on the downloaded file on
your desktop.
3. The file should open and you will now have what appears to be a web page.
