David Minns has joined ECT Legal as Senior Legal Counsel for the Enron
Australia office in Sydney. He previously was Senior Counsel with Woodside Petroleum Limited in Perth, Western Australia where he primarily focused on transactions involving oil & gas transactions, and financial derivatives. For Enron Australia, he will be focusing on the legal aspects of the commodity trading and marketing transactions (e.g., gas, power, coal, and financial derivatives) arising out of the Australia office.
