Sara - I have not been able to locate a copy of the assignment, only the
letter agreement from Merrill Lynch that we executed. Should I have the
assignment re-executed?

I got a call this morning from Todd Gibson at Merrill Lynch International
Bank, following up on the status of our $150 MM guaranty.
